Florida just eaked out a game vs Ole Miss. Was it Florida’s Defense or Ole Miss’s defense. I think we are about to figure it out this weekend.
Auburn has had several key injuries. They might have their quarterback rotation figured out. Tristan Davis might be playing this week. He was one of the nations top kick returners and he could help a running attack that is finding its groove.
Is this the Auburn team we thought they were? I think it might be. Auburn has too much tallent to have their record, and they are getting healthier. Was the Ole Miss game a fluke for Florida? I think not. Florida lost a lot of players from the Championship team.
My prediction is
Florida 25 – Auburn 28 in a shocker
I do not think Tebow can put up 165 yards rushing against Auburn, but he will have a great game. You can not hold him back. Auburns D, when healthy, is better than Ole Miss. They have also found some offense.

Well, I must say that seems like a prediction that may be likely, but I forsee a different future for the Auburn vs. Florida game. I believe that Auburn is a good team, as every team in the SEC is and I do believe that they are better than their current record represents, but I still do not think they have what it takes to beat Florida this year. Last year, Florida lost to Florida, not Auburn. Florida may not have had the best of both worlds (that being best offense AND best deffense in the nation) but they were worthy of the national championship game, the game itself proved that. I believe although Florida did lose several key players from that championship team, they still have many more on the team that will make it successful in beating AU. One key pair that will be essential in the win over Auburn Saturday is the Tebow/Harvin connection. Not to say that will be the only succesful pairing of Gators, but for some reason those two can almost read each others minds out there on the gridiron, Tebow throws, Harvin catches, thats just the way it is.
I believe this game will have at least a 7 point difference in favor of University of Florida and Auburn will have to deal with another conference loss.
Watch out for the Gators, I believe that they will be playing LSU for the SEC championship this year, and possibly move on to play USC in New Orleans. Give credit where credit is due, no one did last year and, if I must remind everyone…41-14!!
(This is reply was not written with any hostility, please don’t take it that way, I just felt compelled to write to all those who discredit the playmaking abilities of UF)

There is no such thing as a team beating themselves. Win or lose there is no in between. thats the beauty of this glorious sport.
