#9 Florida vs #1 LSU Prediction
October 1st, 2007 | by Ethanator1088 |Florida lost a heart breaker to Auburn. Their 1st loss since Auburn beat them last year. Tebow has only lost to Auburn. Urban Meyer is one of the best coaches in the nation. He has succeeded everywhere he has went. Percy Harvin has not made as many plays as he made last year, but he is still a factor.
LSU is #1 in the nation. LSU is undefeated, but lets look a little closer. Mississippi State was in that game at half time. South Carolina was in that game at half time. Tulane was in that game at half time. You can not let SEC teams stay in the game that long.
There is a phrase called ” a puncher’s chance”. Every fighter has a chance to win any fight because he has 2 gloves on just like the other guy. Any fighter can catch the other in the right spot and bring their opponent down.
LSU can not let their opponents stay in contention that long. Pretty soon some team will jump up and bight them. They have left all of those opponents “a punchers chance” in all of those games.
My prediction is that LSU will be in the game at half time, but their ways will catch up with them. Florida will march down the field and score time after time. They did that all of last year. They got real good at it after their Auburn loss. This year will be no different. Tebow will remind everyone that he is the front runner for the Heisman.
Florida 29 LSU 14
