(12) Georgia 14, Tennessee 35, recap

Posted on 08 October 2007 by Ethan Jaynes

Tennessee came to play. They were ahead 28 to nothing @ halftime.

The game can be summed up by these 2 stats. Tennessee 190 rushing, Georgia 69 yards rushing.

Tennessee saw some weaknesses on Georgia’s offensive and defensive lines and they pounced on them. Georgia was never in the game. Richt needs to develop some sort of  a running game. If they do that, the defense can have a chance.

Fulmer will coach another few weeks in the SEC thanks to Arian Foster. He ran for 3 TD’s in the big win. Eric Ainge was efficient going 17 for 22, no TD’s, no interceptions.
