#15 Florida vs #7 Kentucky, prediction
October 15th, 2007 | by Ethanator1088 |The Kentucky Wildcats are on top of the world after beating the Number one ranked
team in triple overtime. Isn’t this a basketball school.
Rich Brooks has started to develop a program. Everyone thought that Kentucky was a good pick to do OK this year. Well they have done more than OK. This team is an SEC power, Woodson is a Heisman hopeful.
Woodson and Brooks are growing their reputation in the SEC. Tebow, Harvin, and Meyer, on the other hand, are nationally known names. Florida is no surprise. The only surprise is that they have lost 2 games, but that is normal this year in the SEC.
No team will go
undefeated ,and I predict that there will be a host of 2 loss teams in the end.
I have not fully jumped on the Kentucky band wagon yet. I still have one foot dragging on the ground. That foot is telling me that Tebow, Harvin, and Meyer are going to show us all why they are household names. Rich Brooks has done a great job, but I predict that Florida will win.
That is just what I think. Please vote and leave a comment.

As a Florida fan, I’m quite nervous about this game; as a college football fan, I look forward to it. The Gators are (as they’ve shown all season, and as was known coming in) absolutely loaded on offense, but inexperienced on defense; the Wildcats, as always, have the firepower (7th in scoring offense) - but this year their defense (17th in passer rating allowed, even taking into account a game against Spurrier and South Carolina) is holding up their end of the bargain. Should be an entertaining game; I’ll take Florida to win straight up, but just barely.

I am a LSU fan, I’ve watched both of these teams play against LSU and Florida is a power house in my point-of-view(even though they have had 2 loses). Tebow is a beast when it comes to running and is deadly when given a chance to throw deep. I know Kentucky did beat LSU recently but its going to interesting to see how Kentucky is going to stop Tebow. I pick Florida to win, basally because i don’t think Kentucky can handle Florida’s offense. Its going to be an exciting game.

Tebow is going to be the biggest threat to the cats no doubt. One thing to realize is that Kentucky’s defence arrived a few weeks late and are playing well. If the game is within 10 points at the half Kentucky gets a fourth quarter feed and wins in a close one. If not, the gaters take this one home with more bruises and injuries than they’ve experienced yet this year. Kentucky is playing extremely physical on the D end of the ball. Note to remember is that Florida had an off week to prepare. Could be their ace in the hole!
