The 1985 Iron Bowl is one of the fondest memories for Alabama fans. The 52 yard fieldgoal, in the waining seconds of the game, by Van Tiffin, will always be known as ” The Kick”. Looking closer to the game film do not discount Richardson’s run out of bounds. That was a pretty good play. Mike Shula will always be remembered as the QB that….. well Mike Shula will be remembered for a lot of things.
