Joe Namath Video collection, from Super Bowl 3 to his Graduation

December 22nd, 2007 | by Ethanator1088 |

This is a video collection of Joe Namath. It chronicles his rise, fall, and current peek. It goes from his playing days to his graduation video. It includes his Super Bowl 3 walk off, and panty hose commercial. His life takes a turn with the Suzy Kulber Interview. He was drunk during a Jets game and he was interviewed on the sideline. I think that this was good for Joe. I think he reevaluated himself. He is a very public conscious person. He did not want to be remembered for that. He stopped drinking. He became an ambassador to the game. He showed up at Super Bowl halftime and pre game shows. He just graduated from the University of Alabama. I think he has cleaned up his image. He is now known as a recovered alcoholic, and back to being lovable “Broadway Joe“. I am happy for him and every Alabama and Jets fan that stood by him through all of his troubles.
There are also a couple of interesting videos on how he is treated in his hometown of Beaver Falls. He currently does not even have one street named after him, or a single sign showing he lived there.

Joe Namath in a rare public appearance after the Suzy Kolber interview. He was laying low and cleaning up. This is him at Super Bowl 40 when they were honoring the Super Bowl MVP’s.

Joe Namath is from Beaver Falls. These are 2 clips from an interesting documentary.
