Utah Attorney General Seeking to Sue the BCS. This is just crazy. I am not a fan of the BCS, in fact, I despise it. I have been screaming for a playoff since 1999. Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff has to have something better to do. Work on the energy problems, find the bad guys, or fix the laws that are broke (and believe me, there are plenty). This reminds me of John McCain. He was so busy investigating steroids in baseball for six months, he did not much else to make Arizona a better state. The constituency of Arizona should be upset about that. This is JUST MY OPINION.
Utah beat Alabama and deserves something more for an undefeated season. This is an arguable point. Utah does not play the schedule of a Florida or an Oklahoma either. This debate will never be won by either side as the fate of college football still rests with some evil organization called the BCS. Who is in charge there again?
