2009 NCAA Football Rankings – AP Poll Preseason

2009 NCAA Football Rankings – AP Poll Preseason. Here is my SEC take on the new rankings. Florida is Ranked #1, and should be. Alabama is ranked too high to have lost as much as they did, and the way they ended their season, with said talent that has left. I pick LSU and Georgia to surprise, and Ole Miss to fall back. I don’t know how Auburn got 7 votes with all of their bad press. I pick them to be around the top 20 at seasons end, so maybe someone is listening to me.
I have no idea how Notre Dame is on this list. Oh yeah, It’s in their contract with the NCAA to be top 25 on every NCAA preseason poll.
