Mississippi State vs Jackson State, Prediction Preview 2009
Paneech from Paneech.com
Dan Mullen replaces Sylvester Croom as the top dawg in Mississippi. Jackson State is plenty overmatched as Mullen is going to throw much more than Croom ever did this season. The new offense will be rolled out in the opener Saturday.
Mississippi State will still be able to run the ball with Anthony Dixon. However, the new pass-heavy offense will be something Bulldogs fans will enjoy seeing.
In order for this team to be competitive throughout the year and especially into the thick SEC portion of their schedule, Mullen will be full of surprises.
Jackson State has no chance in this one. Only Michigan is capable of losing a cupcake game in the opener.
Mississippi State 42 Jackson State 9
